I read the book a really long time ago, and just got around to drawing something today. Strange how things work out.

I don't know what tale this is from or movie. All I can comment right now is that this image is well done. The color schemes are right on. man...i wish i could do digital art.

Omg the movie for that was amazing!! :love: I just started to read the book. It's so much more detailed! But, the books always are, so I shouldn't have been so surprised.

Your take on Calcifer reminds me of Hades from Disney's Hercules.

Aww, Digital art is good, but traditional art has some things that digitals can never have.
If you work hard enough you can achieve really great things regardless of your medium. :)

Beautiful piece. I've not read the book, but whole-heartedly love the movie. The Scarecrow is my favorite character.
